Full-grain leather is the top of the hide — the strongest, tightest part, with the natural grain left intact. It doesn't peel. It doesn't crack. It darkens, softens and takes on the shape of what you carry, until it looks like nobody's but yours. That is the whole idea.

Machines make things identical. Hands make things right. Every piece passes through the same four stations, in the same order, and none of them is fast.

Panels are cut from the back of the hide, where the grain is tightest, and matched so the color runs true across the fold.
Tool
Floral scroll, basketweave and lettering are stamped and carved by hand into cased leather. Look closely — no two are the same depth.
Stitch
Waxed polyester thread, saddle-stitched. Ivory piping is sewn, not glued, so the yoke holds its line for years.
Finish
Edges are burnished, conchos are set by hand and every piece is opened, closed and checked before it goes in the box.
