Shipping & returns
Every Western Stakes piece is sold and shipped through Amazon, so you get Prime speed, tracking and Amazon's return process.
How fast will my order arrive?
Most designs are stocked in Amazon's warehouses and ship with Prime — typically one to two days in the continental US. A few designs ship from our own shop and take a little longer; the delivery estimate on the Amazon product page is always accurate for that item.
What is the return policy?
30 days from delivery, through Amazon. Open the order in your Amazon account, choose "Return or replace items", and follow the steps — Amazon issues the label and the refund. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Where Amazon offers international delivery for the item, yes. Availability and shipping cost are shown at checkout on Amazon.
Is the leather really full-grain?
Yes. Full-grain cowhide with the natural grain intact — not bonded, not "genuine leather" scrap, not coated. Hair-on cowhide designs use natural hide, so the pattern on yours will differ from the photo.
How do I care for it?
Keep it out of the washing machine and away from direct heat. Wipe with a dry cloth; a light coat of leather conditioner once or twice a year keeps it supple. Scuffs and darkening are the leather doing its job.
Can I order a custom design or in bulk?
Often, yes — for teams, ranches, churches and stores. Send us a note with what you have in mind and rough quantities.
